WHAT WE DO

PROCESS

Capturing all the details of your design or image and digitally making them ready for you by sending it through to be cut and embroidered.

We operate on either a walk-in basis or have the option of doing an email inquiry but one-on-one consults are encouraged to get a better understanding of what the client wants and the specifics required.

EQUIPMENT

Our state-of-the-art imported machines are more efficient and can precisely embroider or cut various types of fabrics, refining them into finished consumer-ready products. All our machines are automated and capable of running 24hours a day, 365 days a year with little or no downtime. This reduces manual labor and allows much less room for error. Our highly qualified operators have 10 years of experience collectively.

CUTTING AND SPREADING MACHINE

  • Top of the market Jack (Bullmar inspired) automated cutting
machine and spreader imported from China with German
    technology.
  • The only machines of their kind with this upgraded technology in the Western Cape.
  • The machine can flip a pattern before cutting the fabric, saving on fabric for the customer.

Our cutting machine is able to cut 1 million units a day! This makes our turnaround time better than any of our competitors. This also depends largely on the availability of our machines and deadlines.

EMBROIDERY MACHINES

  • Using the latest technology, our digitized embroidery machines are used to turn any garment into top-quality apparel.
  • Our two 6 head embroidery machines allow for runs up to 1000 stitches per minute vs the 800 stitches with conventional machines.
  • We have a single head machine for smaller runs and samples if required.
  • A15 embroidery machine
  • Latest hardware and software installed
  • Silent and efficient

Both machines require a skilled, qualified machinist to operate them, as well as for routine check-ups and maintenance. Each team member undergoes mandatory training and separate areas are provided for each department to avoid any cross-contamination.
